1. Cut out image. 2. When applying Collage Pauge®, apply with a foam brush in small sections onto the surface of substrate. 3. Place the printed paper on top. 4. Brush Collage Pauge® over the top of the paper using even brush strokes. 5. To remove any air bubbles from underneath the paper, dip fingers in water and smooth out the surface, starting in the center and working in a circular motion outward. Make sure every layer is covered with the adhesive. 6. Always test for best results.

Collage Pauge® Instant Decoupage™ is super easy to use, dries to a smooth finish, dries crystal clear and is water-resistant. It seals paper to cardboard, papier-mâché, terra cotta, wood, canvas, glass, plaster and foam. Try it with your favorite greeting cards, gift wrap, stamps, posters, magazines and color copies of fun images and photographs.
Only one coat is needed when you apply a nice, even coat. If you want more coverage, you can apply a second coat after the first coat is dry to the touch.
