You’ll be the star attraction at your Independence Day party because no one else’s Fourth of July attire will hold a candle to this festive tee that you can easily make with Tulip® fabric paints.

Instructions

1. Place candle pattern under contact paper and trace with pen. Cut out with craft knife to create stencil.

2. Insert Fashion Form inside shirt.

3. Place stencil on tee, pressing firmly on edges to prevent paint seepage.

4. Squeeze out Gold Metallic paint onto palette. Dip sponge into paint, tap off excess and apply to flame part of stencil.

5. Squeeze out Glacier White paint onto palette. Dip sponge into paint, tap off excess and apply to candle part of stencil.

6. Remove stencil and let dry.

7. To create striped candles, use opposite pieces of stencil and cover white stripes.

8. Squeeze out Crimson Red paint onto palette. Dip sponge into paint, tap off excess and apply to striped candles.

9. Remove stencil and let dry.

10. Use Glacier White 3D Fabric Paint to add “America” to the bottom of design.
