Doodle Dreams

Rest on a pillow that’s delightfully doodled while visions of sugarplums dance through your head! Turn fabric pieces into doodle art with Tulip® Fabric Markers® and Tulip® 3D Fashion Paint™ then stitch together for a very merry Christmas cover.

Instructions

1. Lay Christmas fabrics on work surface and cut one panel from each fabric.
2. Use Fabric Markers to doodle words and pictures on each panel. Refer to photo for inspiration.
3. Use desired colors of 3D Fashion Paint to add dimensional color to pillow. Layer on top of random marker doodles for cool 3D effects. Let dry completely.
4. Sew all four panels together to fit front of pillow.
5. Cut red fabric to size of pillow, leaving about an inch of extra fabric around all sides.
6. Place red backing and four paneled piece right sides together and sew around all edges. Cut a slit in red backing and turn pillowcase right side out.
7. Insert pillow or Polyfill into pillowcase through slit then stitch closed with needle and thread.
