Instructions

1.Transfer pattern to bag, using pencil and transfer paper.

2.Squeeze Tulip® 3D Fashion Paint along pattern lines, varying the colors for each part of the design.

3.Let dry flat 4 hours.

4.Place crystals on bag. Refer to photo for placement.

5.Use Tulip® Cordless Heat-Setting Tool to apply 15 seconds of heat to set each crystal.
