Instructions

Girl’s Shirt:
1.  Prewash shirt to remove sizing. Do not use fabric softener.
2.  Cover work surface with Tulip® Surface Cover. Place bucket and damp shirt on work surface.
3.  Wearing plastic gloves, add water to Black dye bottle to line indicated. Replace cap tightly and shake until dye is dissolved.
4.   Pour Black dye along with 2 cups water into small bucket. Place damp shirt into bucket and completely submerge in dye. Let shirt soak for 20 minutes, then remove and lay on Surface Cover.
5.  Cover shirt with Surface Cover and let sit 4 to 6 hours. Wash in a large load of water with a small amount of laundry soap. Line dry or dry in dryer.
6.  Lay shirt on clean work surface. Insert Fashion Form into shirt.
7.  Print out peace sign and star patterns provided. Use felt pen to trace patterns onto contact paper, then cut out with craft knife, leaving outside edges intact. Peel backing from stencils and place peace sign on upper right shoulder and star below it or where desired. Refer to photo.
8.  Color in peace sign with Black Fabric Marker and star with Red Fabric Marker. Remove stencils and let dry.
9.  Use tip of Black Slick 3D Fashion Paint to draw small, thin lines around star, creating a stitched look. Let dry.
10.  Use Fabric Fusion™ to adhere gems or other desired embellishments onto side of shirt with designs. Refer to photo. Let dry.

Guy’s Shirt:
1.  Prewash shirt to remove sizing. Do not use fabric softener.
2.  Cover work surface with Tulip® Surface Cover. Place bucket and damp shirt on work surface.
3.  Wearing plastic gloves, add water to Black and Green dye bottles to line indicated. Replace caps tightly and shake until dye is dissolved.
4.  Pour Black and Green dye along with 2 cups water into small bucket. Place damp shirt into bucket and completely submerge in dye. Let shirt soak for 20 minutes, then remove and lay on Surface Cover.
5.  Cover shirt with Surface Cover and let sit 4 to 6 hours. Wash in a large load of water with a small amount of laundry soap. Line dry or dry in dryer.
6.  Lay shirt face down on clean work surface. Insert Fashion Form into shirt.
7.  Print out wing pattern provided. Trace over pattern lines on paper with White Slick 3D Fashion Paint. Press the pattern paint side down onto back of shirt. Run hands lightly over paper to transfer paint onto shirt. Let dry.
8.  Add detail to wings with Black Slick and the Black Fabric Marker. Refer to photo.
9.  Use Fabric Fusion™ to glue metal studs along back of shirt. Let dry.
