Instructions

1. Print out star patterns then cut out designs from sheet. Use pencil to trace one large and two small stars onto back of foam sheet then cut out.

2. Insert cardboard into tote.

3. Peel paper backing from desired letters then press in place on lower section of tote where shown. Tear strips of tape then press in place around word, creating a rectangle. Run a fingernail along inside edges of tape to prevent seepage.

4. Peel off paper backing from stars and press in place.

5. Squeeze a small puddle of each Soft Fabric Paint onto foil. Wet sponge and wring dry with paper towels. Dip sponge into Sunshine Yellow paint then pounce an even application over large star, adding more paint to sponge as needed. Tap a new sponge into Crimson Red paint then pounce over next star and first section of letters.

6. Repeat step with remaining colors, using a new sponge for each color and blending colors where they meet. Refer to photo.

7. Carefully remove letters, stars and tape then let dry.

Miscellaneous Notes

A cotton swab dipped into paint can be used to fill in area right next to letters if needed.
