Prewash fabric to remove sizing. Do not use fabric softener.

Place heart pattern under a piece of freezer paper (shiny side down). Trace around heart with pencil or pen. You can also freehand any design.

Cut heart out using scissors.

Place stencil on shirt where desired.  Adhere stencil with iron.

Pour Crystals on shirt. Place Crystals around entire edge of heart, using tweezers.

Following Heat-Setting Tool instructions, place tip of tool on top of a Crystal and hold for 5 to 6 seconds. Repeat for all Crystals.

Fill in with Crystals working one section at a time.
