HORRIBLE PRODUCT DO NOT BUY

Me like many others my children are in theatre and my dd has started pageants. Saw this tool thought awesome portable easy great. I bought a ton of jewels. I used it a couple weeks ago applied like 5-8 jewels on something and set it down. Never has worked again> new batteries etc. Do not waste your money

This thing is HORRIBLE! Complete waste of money!

The FIRST one I bought actually lasted me one day. I used it a little to test it out. When I attempted to use it the next day for a project, the light flickered on and off until it finally fizzled and would not light up or heat up at all. Yes, I did you brand new, brand name batteries. The second one that I purchased was way worse than the first one as it only lasted about 5 minutes! Again, a new set of name brand batteries. I was able to apply ONE crystal and then it stopped working. I read the directions carefully and used the tool properly. Tulip needs to either add a cord to this tool so that it can run off electricity and function for more than 5 minutes, sell it at the dollar store,or just take it off the market and start over because it's horrible. Do not bother trying it.
