Sometimes you don't want to shine bright like a diamond ... Sometimes you want to shimmer like an emerald. Luckily, going green on the fashion front is super easy with Tulip® ColorShot® Instant Fabric Color! Read on to see how you can create your own DIY gem tee with freezer paper and this awesomely shimmery fabric spray paint.

What you need:

- Tulip® ColorShot® Instant Fabric Color - Emerald Shimmer
- White T-shirt
- Freezer paper
- Pencil
- Craft knife
- Paper towels
- Plastic tablecloth

Print your favorite gem art from the internet, or from this post (it's at the very bottom of the page) - or create your own, then trace onto a piece of freezer paper. Cut out with a craft knife to create a stencil and iron it waxy side down onto the front of your shirt to create a temporary bond. Cover any exposed areas of your shirt with more freezer paper or paper towels to protect from potential overspray. Lightly spray a coat of Emerald Shimmer over the stencil openings and let dry, then spray a second coat. Continue spraying light coats versus one heavy coat to help prevent color bleed. When you are happy with your color coverage, let dry and remove the stencil.

Get your shine on, girl!
