Who said keeping organized has to be boring?! Liven up a simple clipboard with paper cutouts and Collage Pauge Instant Decoupage™, then add pops of color with Tulip® 3D Fashion Paint™.

Instructions:

  1. Wash and dry plastic clipboard.
  2. Cut various-sized rectangular pieces from the black and white papers, cutting enough to cover entire clipboard. Note: when cutting paper sections, take into account that they should overlap when on clipboard.
  3. Cut desired number of strips of multi-colored paper in desired lengths and widths for flower stems. Refer to photo. Cut out desired number of large flower shapes or shapes as desired.
  4. Squeeze a puddle of Matte Collage Pauge onto a paper plate. Use the ½” flat brush to spread a thin coat of Collage Pauge onto the back of one of the black and white pieces, then press onto clipboard. Brush a thin coat of Collage Pauge over the top of piece on clipboard. Repeat process for other black and white pieces, slightly overlapping pieces and covering entire clipboard. Refer to photo.
  5. Repeat Collage Pauge application process to adhere multicolored stems and flower pieces to tops of stem pieces. Refer to photo. Let dry.
  6. Start flow of Fluorescent Pink Slick 3D Fashion Paint on a paper towel, using an even pressure on bottle for a smooth line. Use Fluorescent Pink Slick to accent paper pieces as desired. Let dry.
  7. Squeeze a puddle of Sparkles Collage Pauge onto paper plate. Use the ¼” flat brush to brush Sparkles around the edge of clipboard. Let dry.
