What you need:

Tulip ColorShot in desired color

blank tee or onesie

cardboard insert

Insert cardboard into tee to prevent bleeding onto the back layer.  Place sticky stencil onto tee, pressing firmly.

Tape off the edges of the stencil.  Tape down cardboard to protect the rest of the tee from overspray.

Shake ColorSHOT for at least 30 seconds, according to package directions.

Spray in thin even coats over the stencil.  Let dry at least 30 minutes.  Spray second coat if desired. Let dry.

Remove stencil.  Voila!!
