This winning trio of stackable bowls offers shimmering personality that’s right up your creativity alley! Combine Duncan® Shimmer Glazes™ with Concepts® Underglazes and give each bowl its own spin!

Instructions:

Bowl 1
1. Wipe ware with damp sponge to remove bisque dust.

2. Brush three to four coats Black Diamond on rim of bowl with Fan Glaze brush.

3. Brush three coats Green Apple on the inside of bowl and on outside lower section of the bowl with Fan Glaze brush. Let dry.

4. Using the round brush, paint three coats of Aquamarine dots inside and on the lower outside of the bowl.

5. Stilt in kiln and fire to cone 06.

Bowl 2
1. Wipe ware with damp sponge to remove bisque dust.

2. Brush three to four coats Peridot on bottom section of outside of bowl with the Fan Glaze brush.

3. Brush three coats Light Blue Spruce on the outside rim of bowl with Fan Glaze brush. Let dry completely.

4. Brush three coats Bright Caribbean on the inside of bowl with Fan Glaze brush. Let dry.

5. Cut approximately 40 2” irregular shaped strips of contact paper. Peel off backing and stick them around the rim of the bowl to mask off the areas you want to keep the Light Blue Spruce color.

6. Fill in alternating unmasked sections of rim with Bright Caribbean, Peridot and Teal Quartz. Let dry.

7. Carefully remove contact paper.

8. Stilt in kiln and fire to cone 06.

Bowl 3
1. Wipe ware with damp sponge to remove bisque dust.

2. Brush three coats Neon Blue on bottom section of outside of bowl with the glaze fan brush.

3. Cut eight 1½” circles of contact paper. Peel off backing and stick them around the rim of the bowl.

4. Brush three to four coats Hematite over the circles on the outside rim of bowl and the inside of the bowl with glaze fan brush. Let dry.

5. Carefully remove contact paper.

6. Fill in alternating circles with Neon Blue, Sunflower Yellow and Green Apple.

7. Stilt in kiln and fire to cone 06.
