How to Use
Shipping and Returns
1. Wearables - Prewash fabric; do not use fabric softener. 2. Insert Tulip® Fashion Form™ or piece of cardboard between layers of fabric. 3. Lay stencil on fabric. 4. To paint, squeeze Tulip® Soft Fabric Paints™ on foil. Tap dauber sponge in paint, tapping off excess on foil. Dab in openings of stencil. You can also spray or use markers to apply color in openings of stencil. 5. Let dry flat 2-4 hours. 6. Machine wash alone (turn inside out). Can wash after 72 hours. Line dry.
Sweet tip: Use with Big Phat Fabric Markers, Fabric Paint Taggers and the Spray Paint Cannon for head-to-toe graffiti fashion! Clean stencil after use with soap and water.

Shipping & Returns Policy

We warrant to the customer that the products will be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from the date of shipment. This warranty does not include damage to products resulting from accident, delivery or misuse. 

The customer may contact the Customer Loyalty Department at (800) 438-6226 to arrange a refund or replacement. Customer Loyalty will instruct the customer where and how to return the product.

Defective Product Claim:

Return remaining product and all goods that you are seeking compensation for along with your receipts to:

You will be compensated for shipping costs at the time your claim is verified.

Please include a brief note detailing the application process used in conjunction with the product and a description of how damages occurred. All reimbursements requested should be noted as this will be utilized in the processing of your claim.

Upon receipt of the above, your claim will be processed and should take about two weeks to complete. 

1.  Once the company receives the returned product, it will determine if the product is defective.

      If the product is defective the Company will:

  •       Replace and ship, at no charge, the new product to customer.


  •       Refund 100% of the purchase price, including shipping and handling charges to the customer.
